Applied both base stencils and peeled off top paper. Remasked fuselage; laid down fine line tape around border of base stencil in order to be sure that the red border has a clean exterior edge with no white layer showing as a result of minor stencil misalignment. Mixed and sprayed white basecoat on Stars & Bars area. When paint was dry to the touch, border tape was removed.
