Cleaned and prepared bonding surfaces for fiberglass work; laid out materials. Mixed T-88 structural adhesive and applied to bare aluminum. Mixed epoxy/dye and applied to 4' strip of 4" wide fiberglass tape; sandwiched between plastic and pressed out excess resin to make pre-preg. Cut 1" wide strip of pre-preg and applied along bottom edge of windscreen and forward top skin. Cut second 1.5" strip and applied on top of first strip; dabbed both into shape with brush. Cut additional short strips of pre-preg and applied to aft bottom corners of windscreen and skin. Cleaned up and prepped shop for next round of work. Applied short strip of pre-preg to outside of 20mil PVC tape for peel-off test.
