Brief Description: Rudder/Stabilizer Tip Work pt. 4
Removed peel ply; trimmed and shaped vertical stabilizer plug rib. Mixed Pro-Seal and applied to top flanges and tip edges. Secured tip with blind rivets. Two more rivet mandrels broke long; called Cleaveland Aircraft Tool and discussed reoccurring issue.
