- Finised installing rudder spar reinforcement plates and plate nuts. - Installed bottom rib and associated parts (R-904, 609PP, R-917 and R-405PD). - Touched up primer that was scratched by bucking bar. - Installed the horn brace (R-710). Used optional LP4-3 pop rivets to attach the R-710 to the horn brace (R-405PD). There wasn't enough room to get a bucking bar through the access hole in the horn brace.
* NOTE: Still need tools to continue with counterbalance. Ordered from from Van's and Avery, going to move on to Elevators while I'm waiting.
