- Fabricated / trimmed horn brace (R-910) and attached it to assembly. - Rough cut R-710 to approximate dimensions as per plans and ground down to line w Scotch Brite wheel. - Put Horn brace inside bottom rib and rudder horn (R-710 in R-904 and R-405). - *** I could not find the 1 1/8" x 36" .036 2024 T3, so I couldn't continue (*UPDATE: I found it later when I went on to the elevators). - Fabricated the Left Rudder skin stiffners. - Clecoed stiffeners to the skin and final drilled them. - Removed stiffeners and began to deburr and smooth edges. - Deburred all stiffeners holes.
