Brief Description: Finished up the last big parts.
I finished up the last Flap and now have all the big parts done. Now I have to put them all together. Over all I have some mistakes here and there but they are all cosmetic. Like the big dent I put in the Alieron or the scratch I put in the fuel tank. I have some bad rivets here and there also by bad I mean high or not flush. But over all I think once it gets painted it will be fine. Boy that seems a long way off.
I managed to get the leading edge all riveted on the spar of the right wing. I had a little help from my brother in law. It was his first time riveting so we had a couple of bad ones which I need to replace. I sure did appreciate the help and so did my wife because if he wasn't there to help, my wife was going to have to rivet. I had her praticing on some scrap and she did fine but she was lacking a little confidence, she would have done fine.
I learned after reading an article in Sports Avation or Kit Planes, not sure which, that I should have some pictures with me in them to prove that I actually built the parts and did all the work. So the big ugly guy in the pictures would be me.
