Brief Description: Do over elevator horns and weld right elevator hor
More rework! When looking at the plans for welding details noticed "the Bob" did not not show 7/8" hole drilled through elevator horns. OOOPPPS again! Makes sense in that would be easier to position and tack than with hole in elevator horn. Also would close up tube to negate some future corrosion. Maded two new elevator horns. Set right elevator at 30 deg. Neutral elevator = 3.4 degrees plus 30 deg = 33.4 final Tacked elevator at forward stop while elevator at 30 deg. Removed elevator and welded out right elevator horn.
