Started mounting right wing tip. Marked wing 3/4" from leading edge and laid tape to establish straight line for tip edge alignment. Laid out spacing to drill out every fourth rivet with skip of first one. Skipping every fourth allows adding additional fastener if needed. Drilled out existing rivets - 3 on top, 7 on bottom. Made hole strap dupicators ( 6 ea) from scrap tank fuel straps. Started drilling top. Must push slack forward to trailing edge as you drill. Bottom very challenging. Tried strap to pull tight. Not good enough. Found the best thing was board braced by bottled jack as you worked forward to back.
