Finished riveting top straps. Applied 3M double sided tape (AS# 09-01339) to hold rubber channel in place on 3/4" straps. Installed tank in Left wing. OK fit. Filler neck sticking up about 1/8" on forward side and below the top skin about 1/8" on aft side. Tank is sunk in a bit behind filler neck from warping due to welding process. Contributing to this problem.
