Made template for right door. Discovered that I had ordered the wrong piano hinge. I have the the cheaper rolled hinge. Bob spec'd out the more expensive extruded hinge. I've come to an understanding that Bob wouldn't spec the more expensive hinge without a good reason.
Using the template, cut the door blank from .025" sheet.
