With all parts welded on pin, brass plug is trapped and not serviceable. Found cotter pin with washer design in EAA Sportplane builder. That would make all parts 100% serviceable.
Drilled pins with #40 hole for 1/16" x 1/2" cotter pin.
Cut 6 more T4 tubes 1" long. Will trim to final length after welding for better finish.
Made 2 1/2 long 3/4"x 3/4" 0.040" angles and drilled with #30 drill.
