Started working on top former for rear passeger window when I realized I hadn't thought this through all the way. The narrow width of the top former does not fit in my brake to make the reverse bend. Made a futile attempt to hammer bend but did not like the results.
Started thinking on how to modify the brake. Removed the 2x2x3/16" angle that is standard on the brake. Made a trip to Tractor Supply for metric bolts to install a wider flat bar in place of the angle. Found this 2 x 1/2" channel that would work with existing bolts. Just had to adjust some washer edges with the grinder.
