Welded bushings in control sticks. Grinded bushings down to within 1/8" each side. Finished with file to get the required 1 1/16". Welded .071 washers on CS ends. Drilled out washers on CS ends to 1/4". Cut 1.4" x .028 bushings for cross link tube with tubing cutter. Filed down to the required .250". Bent and fitted cross link tube end plates.
Used flat bar as jig to get requied 18" spacing. Holes drilled in aluminum flatbar at 18" OC.
