Started with checking of axle tubes for alignment with straight edge. Both axle tubes have +1/8" toe out. Added some reinforcement to the 2 x 4 to eliminate movement and give. Heated axles and front half welds while pulling 1/8" past desired position for springback. Looked good with straight edge. Put wheels on with straight edge clamped to outside wheel. Left wheel - 38 3/4" at wheel from CL 38 9/16" @ 48" .1875 = 0.22 deg TO Right wheel - 38 11/16" at wheel from CL 38 5/16" @ 48" .375" = .45 deg TO
That is within Bob's 1 deg tolerance and favorable on the Toe Out side. That's a wrap. I'll take that for amateur built.
