Brief Description:  Top, middle engine mount bushing.

I had decided to purchase my engine mount from Mark G at Avipro. One, thought it would be good thing to have done by someone other than a first timer. Two, it would be a while before I had an engine to fab a mount to. Just the best way for me.

Mounted the O-540 Type II Dynafocal mount on the four outside corner bushings to finalize the location for the center, top bushing. Marked tubing and removed engine mount. Started grinding and filing out hole for engine mount bushing. Put engine mount back on and started getting bad feeling. Hole in peak of firewall tubing way to low. Did I mark it wrong??? Decide to pull measurement and check if I welded it correctly. Turns out that removing the material for the bushing let the tubing sag down a good bit. Had to shim up and and clamp using 1" tubing in the correct plane.

Finally got top, center bushing tacked in. Cut/fit and tacked in diagonals from outside, bottom bushings up to center bushing (STA Q).
