Cut 13 1/4" spacer for tailpost. Longerons are 14" CL to CL. 14" - 3/8" - 3/8" = 13 1/4" Rigged pulley/rope system to hold weight during heating for bend at Station N. Made bend @ STA N solo. Clamped longeron down at STA M in prep for bend up to tailpost. Set up support aft of STA G-K.
Jiggged up and splice cut STA M cross-member.
When wife (co-pilot) got home, made upward bend at STA M. Checked STA J-H for plumb. Top fuselage needs to slide aft about 1/4" for plumb after bends. If I were to do it again, would start bends with STA J 1/4" aft of STA H. That would put it closer to exact finish location.
Loosen conduit clamps abd moving top fuselage aft for plumb at STA J-H.
Rei-checked for plumb/level. Adjusted and added jig bracing.
