John Bread came by to help. Did a double check/verify for bending dimensions and blocking. Made bends at Station B, D, and E. Tack welded all tubes to crossmembers at bend locations. Removed bottom fuselage from 1" spacers. Secured Station B to D to table top using conduit clamps. Used conduit clamps on 3/4" longerons with 1/8" spacers on left side (pilot). After checking for level across bottom fuselage, had to add additional spacers on right side. DO NOT use table top for height reference on left side. Took several adjustments to get level and centered on CL.
Blocked, leveled and secured crossmembers at Stations B & E.
Started build for top fuselage supports. Lots of head scratching on support locations to avoid being in the way later and also being in the right place for bending of the top fuselage.
Top fuselage in position and centered left to right. Having trouble determining exact position fore/aft to start the bending process. Got to do some research and homework.
