Brief Description: Slow start on Control Stick Assembly
Always good to start on a new phase of Bearhawk construction. I truly envy those guys that can bang out these sheet metal parts quickly and with some quality. I fight with the layout and bends to get an accurate part.
Laid out the Control Stick Support brackets. Cut one out and started working on shaping it into the part it is supposed to be. After a little more than 4 hours, Got ONE made! I learned a lot of how not to do it along the way. The one thing I did do is leave the 5/16" flanges wide to have material to beat and bend. Trimmed to length after bending.
One piece in four hours is the definition of "Amatuer Built".
