Brief Description: Left Flap/Aileron Install with Locktite
Cleaned Rod end tubes with acetone. Did a final alignment and positioning of flap and aileron. once set in final position, placed small piece of taper on rod end to mark insert depth.
Set left flap position with Locktite 271. Had trouble with middle bearing slipping out and started to sieze. Had to remove, clean, and apply fresh Locktie. Clamped flap in position to prevent movement.
Waited one hour , then set lever aileron with Locktite 271.
