Brief Description: Locktite aileron and flap hinges
Started to set aileron and flap hinge rod end bearings with locktite prior to drilling. MADE BIG MISTAKE! Locktite sets faster than I thought in cool weather. Applied locktite to all five rod end bearings. Last final alignment on outboard aileron hinge not possible. Locktite had set! Took a lot of heat to remove. Screwed up two rod end bearings getting them out. Ordered two new (2 x $30) from Mark G at Avipro. With Larry's hepl re-did. Right flap first. Left rod ends in sleeves and installed AN-4 bolt.
