Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Straps 3

Made new short straps to reverse rivets. Shop end of rivet rubbin on spar face. Not good. Need to space rives as far away from spar as possible and put riviet manf end (round) on spar side.

Clean, etched and primed second set of straps.
