Over six hours to make 4 little Aileron pulley brackets!
Actually made a couple more than four. Had trouble bending them correctly (ie straight). That is when I came up with the idea to use 1/2" board that is drilled in correct location to give the proper clearance. This is a little variation of Eric N's suggested method. Used 1/2" plywood for MS24566-4B pulley. Used 5/8" for the MS20220-2.
Decided to build my own pulley gaurds so I could use the smaller pulley at the front spar/strut location. This should give better clearance and hopefully avoid interference at the spar. Also made these out of Aluminum. Saved 2.5 oz! Think light, build light!
