As requested I am posting more pictures of the end result on my homemade 8ft brake. This worked really good in the end. I like the fact that I have it when I need it. It already has the radius on it. I don't have to worry about finding someone to do it for me and then explaining the bend radius issues and why I am building an airplane. Most people just think you are crazy for trying such a thing and look at you like you have 3 eyes. I will be posting more pics.
