Expected to calibrate fuel tanks today but while getting set up I found the right tank sensor reporting 12 volts, which is wrong. Troubleshooting ended up with a bad sensor diagnoses so I removed the sensor/float assembly from the right wing. Of course, it began working once it was out of the plane. I think the actual culprit was a poor ground connection between the frame and the sensor. Cleaned up all the cured proseal (scraper and MEK) then mixed up a batch of ProSeal and reinstalled the fuel sensor. Finished countersinking the lower main gear intersection fairings and did the rough sanding on all four gear fairings.
