Trimmed aft edge of cowl a bit more then drilled for the rear side hinge. Clamped long hinge right and left in place then drilled them to bottom cowl. Fit right and left hinge pins in, marked location then transferred it to top cowl. Made cutouot in top cowl for hinge pins. Secured top in place then drilled side hinges. Removed both cowls, disassembled, and epoxy coated inside surface of top and bottom cowls.
