Set the cowl halves together and trimmed a bit more around the inlets. Placed top cowl on the fuselage, made an angle tool for alignmetn the aligned the cow laterally per plans. Had to remove material from aft edge several iterations to get 3/16" clearance at spinner. Got there and drilled hinge #40 at 42 locations. Put bottom cowl in place and trimmed aft edge (x8).
