Fussed around some more with the fit of the empennage fairing until somewhat satisfactory. Drilled (blind) to the holes in vert and horiz stabs. Very difficult, had to shine a light through from the back then drill through from top. Got some fairly bad holes and the fit slipped a bit. Had to take the fairing on and off to reposition light for every hole. All were drilled to #40 then went back over them and upsized to #27. They look a little better. Made a nutplate jig and drilled nutplate attach holes in bottom of vert stab. Installed nutplates
