Had to call Van's builders support again to see which way the rib cover goes on. The drawing shows the upper flange going on top of the ribs, but all other drawings and a few builders sites show the upper flange tucked under the ribs. Van's (Eric) says under so I corrected one and finished installing the covers and nutplates.
