Brief Description: Lt Main Gear Mount - more tweaking
So close and so far away. Couldn't get alignment on the top edge and re-evaluated possible interference. Ultimately identified an area on the gear leg exit hole that restricted a good fit in the bottom corner of the mount. Trimmed 1/16th inch from all edges to remove the problem. Wasn't easy after that, but finally got a good start on a couple of test bolts along top edge, and both 'arms'.. This was only a test fit and will be removing the wings in the near future. Didn't want to install bolts that I couldn't remove easily.
Had to fabricate a couple more 'installation bolts' ... nice tapered pins for alignment. Finally was able to finesse the alignment with these and the above steps. Feel comfortable that the gear mounts can be finished up when ready.
