Date:  6-13-2015
Number of Hours:  10.00
Manual Reference:
Brief Description:  VP-100 - More setup

Traced the VP-100 wiring harness after finding that the wire labels were erroneous, and needed to verify each and every one. Worked through wire gauges, lengths, pin assignments, switch operations, and current draw (protection levels). Lots of testing, too.

TEST - Setup FLAPS, interior light dimming, and termination options. Documenting as it goes. iPad running warming in 110 deg hangar, added ice cooler (with fan) - summer is here.

Also, "SkyView_System_Installation_Guide-Rev_U_v12.2" Table 2 [Power Consumption] Pg 24-25 has all the devices and summarizes SkyView requirements. The Vans website download has electrical diagrams for the RV-12 using SV, and many of the same devices - good reference to standardize.

Both SV and VP have 'flap position' inputs, will have to choose one.
