Brief Description:  Pick up & unload finishing kit crate

Normally I wouldn't count this as airplane building time, just the way life goes. I could have requested a home delivery on the ground, too. (Zero time). But I'm working hard and it counts.

Had to set the crate, 332 lbs on top of the big tool box. No concern because I stomp on that box without damage all the time. A couple of tie-downs, and back home from the Fedex terminal in west Phoenix.

At home, tied a tow strap around end of crate, lifted a little, drove forward. Pulled the crate back and lowered the end to the concrete. Then moved the strap to the middle of the crate. Raised a little, again, and moved the truck out of the way. Lowered the crate on a 4-wheel moving dolly. Easy to push the crate into the airplane factory and closed the door. DONE.

Could not put the strap around the middle of the crate for a single lift and lower it because the crate was too high on the truck. The block & tackle was too low, mounted on the header of the door.

Next step ... open and inventory.
