Received 4130 tubing for rudder pedal contol repairs - (.093 thickness, 1.00") for extending the 'short' ends of the adjusted pedal tubing.
Got one modified flap linkage cover completed and riveted into Rt side. Lots of minor filing, fitting, testing, and finally a combination of C/S and dimple the various components. Then scuff, degrease, and prime before riveting. Had to use the dimple dies for the puller to reach some holes in fuselage.
Difficulty in tasks with the clecoes interfering with flap movement, or flap interfering with drilling or riveting.
Then repeated on the Lt side flap, but only finished the drilling.
