Brief Description: Cowl - Upper, Hinge Attach

Used a strong LED work light under the top cowl to illuminate the hinge holes/alignment. Drilled conservatively 'tight' fit, and only pdrilled about every 4 or 5th hole for now. Will remove the cowl and match drill on the bench.
