Brief Description:  Panel - Dynon Radio, mounting

Drilled the nutplate holes for the Dynon Comm (Radio) control head, Then measured twice, and outlined the cut-out, and a safe starting hole border. Used a unibit to remove much of the material and a cut-off wheel to trim out the to the 'safe line'.

From there it was a carefully performed task of filing, checking, filing, checking to get the final edge of the cut-out to closely match the shape of the device, and perfectly hit the alignment with the nutplate holes.

The edge of the material is surprising close to the cut-out, and there is no overabundance of panel for the rivets on the nuplates. Counter-sinking with the micro-stop is out of the question. It will be free-hand, to carefully CS and squeeze rivets.
