The Cyl #1 CHT has been problematic during the onset of warming weather and climbing performance testing, as well as take-off, so addressed in several ways; 1) improved snorkel shape and seal with FAB, 2) enlarged forward flexible baffles, 3) added a small heat shield on the #1 exh near the CHT sensor, 4) glassed shut the open channel under the inlet ramps, 5) trimmed the inlet deflector 1/4" in front of #1 Cyl, and 6) improved the Red RTV seal in the baffles.
Also did a little more Red RTV around a few #1 Cyl areas to force airflow through fins. But all these steps to improve any potential cowl pressure and airflow issues.
