Removed the accessory cover and wiped out the light residue to read the alignment marks. Checked the fit of the mechanical fuel pump, and the new plunger. Checked fit of pump, and aligned the gears for swap of the pump idler gear. (Photo #2, left gear, and photo #3).
Also layed out and identified all fasteners for re-assembly.
More lists of tools and supplies that need to be moved to hanagar.
Later - drilled hole in SS panel for the mixture cable eyeball pass-thru.
