Finished reaming the starter gear ring assembly for the 0.75 inch dia of the 1/2" lugs for the standard prop bolts on an O-360/180HP configuration.
Of course, the indexing lug has a 'stepped' shoulder to ensure that the timing marks must align properly in one and only one position of the assembly on the crankshaft flange. Near perfect fit has no perceptible 'wiggle' and the belt alignment with the alternator appears spot-on.
With this task accomplished, the prop can now be bolted on (preliminary fit) to work on the upper and lower cowl alignment when the time comes for that.
