Brief Description:  Rough fit - flap bracket, Rt

Finally, back to work on the plane and working on something that was one of the first components I cut out of raw mtl upon getting it home, the flap brackets.

This is a complicated little chore. It required some counter-intuitive steps of fitting parts at odd angles without exact references. The first step was drilling the 'bottom' 3/4" angle inside the flap end rib (not riveted yet by the QB). Then the spar angle can be positioned, but the plate angle must be established. The angle was accomplished in a large vise between oak blocks and using a large mallet.

When everything is fitting, it can be drilled, countersunk as req'ed, and clecoed. We repeat for the left flap.
