Brief Description: More mods to F-783B L&R brackets
Continued with the fabrication of two custom brackets to attach the F-783B L&R brackets to the spar steel tie bolts. The design of these brackets is intended to allow attachment to the outtermost bolt in the steel tie, which is a 'smaller' bolt than the center bolts. I have less concern about layering in a bracket under the bolt head of that particular bolt. I didn't want to modify the larger bolts in any way.
The joggle in the custom bracket and trimming the F-783B's allow it to seat immediately forward of the spar and not be attached to the spar material.
I've also decided to abandon my previous desire to use the cover plates on either side of the F-783B's which would cover the fuel lines. This appears to be unnecessary and a poor fit in the RV-6A.
The front flange of the seat pan (left only) is installed in #3 so the position of the angle which will be used to secure the fuel selector valve mounting plate is shown in position but not fastened yet.
This completes the modifications required to the fuel selector housing and fuel filter/pump housing.
