Brief Description: Aviation auction - bid on crimpers
Attended the annual aviation parts auction and tried to snag a deal on some DMC crimpers, but held at my personal bid limit and lost the chance. They were nice, and a good deal at the price that they sold for, but I didn't consider it imperative. Other fish in that ocean (eBAY) and may buy something there.
Also visited Mike Andresen's RV-10 project and lent a minor hand to 'hold' this or that. Learned about safety wire issues in the process. Also met Patrick Kelly (another RV-6A builder from Flagstaff AZ) --- cool opportunity.
