Removed the cowling and inspected the FWF for any indications of leaks, drips, or "issues" to address. Everything good.
Connected PC and reviewed the Flap Position functions and steps. Found no reason the flaps would extend/retract on run-up but be inhibited in-flight. Adjusted the 1st notch from 16 degs to only 13 degs making the 1st notch less intense (for consideration of extending at higher IAS). This divides the positions to 13, 25, and 39 degs (on the ground).
Adjusted the VP-X Configurator and SkyView Vfe and widget display to represent the new point.
