Finally managed to connect with Brian Montenich for Vans Transition Training and had several good days of flying in the Portland area. Initially delayed by an ice storm (#1) and had to wait for early morning fog, or low clouds near Troutdale (KTTD), #2. But with escursions to the other area airfields the filying was good and accomplished the mission.
Brian's patience and repetition paid off and I left Portland with a good set of skills to approach my Phase 1 flying in my soon to be inspected RV-6A.
