Brief Description: Prep for weigh-in

Added the canopy, cowl and dropped the Crow restraints on the seats. Double checked the other covers and fittings. Added the baggage compartment side covers. Installed the Baggage bulkhead and hung the extinguisher. Ready to weigh-in, scheduled for Sat.
