Andy Elliott did a presentation on fiberglass concepts, techniques, and mold/moldless skills.
Don't usually count EAA or training as 'build time' but this presentation was timely and relevant to the cowl fiberglass work that is now on the agenda.
He demonstrated the use of various tools, materials, and techniques to fabricate a small blister, using a wooden mold to layup the wetted filberglass cloth.
