Brief Description:  Constructed an "EAA table"

Found the plans for an EAA table, one among many probably. Decided that a few personal variables should include the height at which I like to work (standing). The width, that is wide enough to hold project pieces but not too wide to easily reach, again considering that much of THIS QB kit is complete. And, that it should accomodate the the air compressor under the bench.

The width is 24 inches and allows two bench tops to be cut from a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" plywood. And the length of 6ft seems very reasonable.

Having the compressor fit underneath means that there will be a 3-sided bottom "shelf" support but without the shelf material (although it 'could' be modifiied later). This will allow the bench to be stored against a garage wall with the compressor 'behind/under' it.

I think that the addition of a quad J-box outlet for power, and attaching the air hose pressure regulator and filter on the bench will facilitate operating power for tools. The bench also needs to be pre-drilled to attach the bending-hinge-block. Lastly, the question of attaching a vertical 'plans table' is yet to be decided.
