Brief Description: Flap hinge pin options

Examined the two methods of securing the flap hinge pin; 1) thru the aileron bracket, or 2) removing a few hinge rings and using a split pin. After looking at the two methods, I have decided to remove a few hinge rings, use a split pin, and secure the pins against the flap brace.
