Brief Description:  Lt Wing - Aileron

Started on the Lt wing aileron installation and applied 'lessons learned' from the Rt wing. Ignored the 'suggested' hole for the aileron pushrod through the rear reinforcement and roughed in a starter hole based on the result of the Rt wing. Worked better and came out cleaner (#1 starter).

Progressive drilling of the factory pilot hole for the aileron bellcrank. Unfortunately, by the time you get to the 1/4" final size, it didn't fit in the 90deg angle drill chuck. As can be seen in #3, there is no 'straight shot' at the hole without the angle drill, so it has to be done with the threaded short bits for the angle drill. Only problem is the care needed to avoid misaligning the hole. It must be drilled from front angle, and then the back angle. To get a clean 'start' on the bit, it is necessary to debur the hole between bits. Actually, the 1/4" threaded bit 'seems' to be a tighter fit for the AN4 bolt than the 1/4" standard bit.
