Started working on the last wing top skin fitting.
Carefully clamped the skin in place - priority on matching outbd end, seam with leading edge skin, and finding the centerline of the wing ribs. The overlap is determined entirely by alignment of the outboard edge. The aft edge of the top skin is determined entirely by close mating to the seam on the main spar joint with the leading edge skin.
Once this was secured, it was necessary to ascertain that the ctr line of the rib 'under' the overlap joint is accurately transferred to the skin. The plan is to secure the skin and drill to #40 while progressively advancing drill holes, clecoes, and carefully monitoring the holes on the underlying ribs.
