Finally finished the replacement Left Outboard Aileron Bracket replacement that I started months ago. Had match drilled the holes for the 'pivot' position and never went through the process of aligning the outboard end of the airleron with the TE of the wingtip. Thus, no holes drilled for attachment.
Had to remove the wingtip several times, and test fit the new bracket as I carefully determined position which was 'truly aligned' with the wingtip and TE of the flap, and consistent with airfoil/chord.
