Drilled, match-drilled, deburred, disassembled, re-assembled and dimpled the Lt side NACA vent.
Sanded out the Rt side of the empennage fairing, and added another layer of micro-ballons to fill and smooth over the fiberglass tape.
Added a spacer made of 1/8" AS3-0125 sheet to the inboard aileron mounting bracket to raise the Trainling Edge 1/8th inch. Subsited the next length of AN3 bolts and re-assembled. Now need to consider proper Vans approved technique *could replace the bracket with hole drilled 1/8" away.
